SHIPPING POLICY
At NAADRA, each piece is prepared individually with care, precision, and attention to detail.
We operate through a limited small-batch model — no mass production, no excess inventory. Every piece is handled and prepared carefully before dispatch.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 7–21 business days
• Europe: 7–21 business days
• International: 10–25 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs procedures, destination country, or local courier operations.
For certain destinations, shipments may be transferred between trusted logistics partners during transit (for example: Aramex → FedEx within the United States) to ensure reliable final delivery.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable duties and taxes are included whenever possible. In rare cases where local customs regulations apply additional charges, the responsibility remains with the recipient.
