Yes. Every rug is a genuine vintage piece, selected for its character, craftsmanship, and individuality.

Will I receive the exact rug shown?

Yes. The rug photographed is the exact rug you will receive.

Are your rugs cleaned before shipping?

Yes. Every rug is professionally cleaned and inspected before being packed and shipped.

Can I reserve a rug?

Because most pieces are unique, we cannot guarantee availability until an order is completed.

Do colors look exactly the same in person?

We photograph every piece as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and natural lighting conditions.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
