Return & Refund Policy

At NAADRA, each piece is prepared with care and inspected before shipment.

Because of the limited and considered nature of our collections, we ask that customers review their order carefully before completing a purchase.

Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

* unused
* in its original condition
* returned in its original packaging
* free from signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration

To request a return, please contact us at contact@naadra.co within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

* items marked as final sale
* custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
* items returned without prior approval
* items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NAADRA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any non-refundable fees are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@naadra.co within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refused or unclaimed packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-payment of customs charges, any return shipping costs or related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, the original order will be refunded according to this policy.
